A Bit About Me
Hi, I'm Jade!
I studied French and Spanish at secondary school, and then I studied Spanish and Italian at university, so I know just how difficult it can be to learn a foreign language! I have lived in Spain (six months), Italy (a year) and Japan (seven years), so I also know how fun cultural differences can be and how important it is to adapt to your new environment as best as you can. I taught myself Japanese (because I had no time or money when I first moved to Japan to be able to go to a school) and it was ten times harder than when I had previously studied with teachers!
I truly believe that learning the language of the country you're living in is one of the most important decisions you can make to ensure that you have an amazing experience and give yourself the opportunity to meet as many new people as possible.
Alongside languages, I also teach piano and tap dance. I went to a performing arts school until the age of 18 and completed all my tap dance exams. I have also completed all ABRSM piano exams up to Grade 8 and spent years teaching both piano and tap dance - I even opened my own tap dance school in Tokyo! Whatever you decide to study with me, I promise it'll be more fun than you can shake a stick at!

A Bit About Me
Hi, I'm Luis!

I was born in Cali, Colombia, and, at the age of 30, I moved to Brazil in search of a new future. I always had the idea of creating my own business and this became a reality two years later when I opened my own Spanish school, Comunicación Sin Fronteras. I hired teachers who matched my dreams and started growing little by little. After COVID, I was able to achieve another dream by becoming a digital nomad and travelling from the south of Brazil to the north. I learnt lots of different Brazilian accents within the Portuguese language and I understood that there's much more to learning a language than we think. It truly is a culture and a complete change in your mental programming.

This last realisation allowed me to dig deeper into the idea of languages and their importance in terms of modifying our brain. That's when I started studying neurolinguistic programming and created a method that helps people to improve their quality of life and talk to themselves in a healthier way. I think it's incredible that, with neurolinguistic techniques, we can learn a language faster.
Fulfilling one of my biggest dreams - and taking Spanish, salsa and Brazilian Portuguese out of Latin America with me - I embarked for Australia with the firm belief of expanding Latin languages, transforming them into a business and helping people to expand their mental borders by learning other languages and thus exploring the world in a new dialect. That's why I'm here - to help you achieve your language or dance-related dreams! I promise that it will be more than fun - it will be unforgettable!
